In spring-time, after the long winter, nature wakes up and starts to live again, at the beginning the Val di Vara is rejoicing of sounds, colours and scents.
The hills are full of grass and flowers and become a refuge and reservoir for bees.
From these cantilevered terraces overlooking the sea, this white wine comes from pure Albarola grapes, which ferments entirely and naturally on its skins for a whole month.
Bright yellow to the eye has ancient scents and brings back hints of white flowers and ripe fruit.
