We have banned the use of pesticides and herbicides and we feed our vineyards with green manure and natural manure that comes from the meadows of our breeding friends in the Alta Val di Vara.
Today we have 3 hectares of vineyards where we cultivate native varieties, such as Albarola, Vermentino, Ciliegiolo, and alloctone, such as Shyraz, Merlot, Granaccia and Sauvignon.
Harvesting is done manually and the bunches of grapes are collected in small crates and immediately reach the cellar, which is less than 1 km from the vineyards.
Fermentation in the cellar with temperature control, clarification with natural clays and mild filtration give rise to clean, healthy, pleasant and very drinkable wines.
